O mankind...

O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
You scared everyone who is not like you
And you will even be scared of yourself.
If you were Ibrahim (as)
You would have sold the sacrificial animal which had been given to you
If they tried to crucify Isa (as) before you
You would be crying for something else
You know Zabur, Tawrat, Injil and Qur’an
You will be sad for Dawood (as) but you would be the supporter of Goliath
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
You would not turn your face to look at those who are in graves
You will know what shame is but you would not be shy
You will believe in Allah (swt) but you would pray to the Pharaoh
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
If you were a spider you would not spin your web for Prophet Muhammad (saw)
You may not cut Husayn’s (ra) head off but you would applaud
You would be the blade to the one’s hand who killed Umar (ra)
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
If Musa (as) opens the red sea before you
You would not across
You will believe in Allah (swt)
But you would pray to Pharaoh
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
You are praying the god of your enemies
But you do not realize
You are stoning the good ones amongst you
Just as the Israelites killed their prophets
You never question yourself, your beliefs
You are in a condition just as the Israelites when they had asked Musa (as) to go and fight with his Lord (swt)
You never draw near to pay the value of being free
You insist there is no imitation in deen,
But you do not stop from making the leaders of your religion, the rab of yourselves
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
You are the same as the Israelites who sold their freedom for vegetation
You are not following the truth but your ancestors
You make your male offspring the beloved ones of your life
Yet the females you claim to be worthless you also ascribe to Allah
You will believe in Allah (swt)
But you would pray to Pharaoh
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
You are praying to the majority, wealth and power
You are exalting the zalim and crushing the mazlum
You scared even yourself
You do not come face to face with the truth
You run away from it
As you run away from the truth
You sell it for a cheap fee
You will believe in Allah (swt)
But you would pray to Pharaoh
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
You smell the coming flood
But you keep yourself busy with stoning the ark and the people of ark
You accused the ones who are carrying water to Ibrahim (as)
You call Asiya “asii”, Hajar “fugitive”, Maryam “sinner”, Husayn “miserable”
You will believe in Allah (swt)
But you would pray to Pharaoh
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
Do not forget the people of Noah (as)
Ad and Samud! Sodom and Gomorrah!
And Karoon (Croesus)
O mankind…
Choose who you will side with
Are you with Adam (as) or Iblis?
Habil or Khabil?
Ibrahim (as) or Namrud?
Musa (as) or Pharaoh?
You will believe in Allah (swt)
But you would pray to Pharaoh
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
Although you have turned your face from haq
You claim to be the beloved slaves of Allah (swt)
You claim to be Muslim
You will believe in Allah (swt)
But you would pray to Pharaoh
O mankind...
You did not lend your ear to the prophets
You would not pay attention to me
